Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to McQuizzy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans.

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with your monthly subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges. Partial refunds for unused months on annual plans are not available.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The subscription plan you purchased
  • The reason for your refund request

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than the eligible refund period described above
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free tier.

6. Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
