The McQuizzy website, application, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by McQuizzy Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, create, or share on the Service does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. This includes but is not limited to:

• Quiz questions and answers
• Study materials and notes
• Images, diagrams, and other media
• Text content uploaded to the Service

3. Exam Content and Certification Trademarks

Actual exam questions from certification bodies are protected by copyright and confidentiality agreements. Uploading, sharing, or reproducing actual exam questions on the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

All certification names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. McQuizzy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any certification body.

4. DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service, sufficient for us to locate the material (e.g., a URL).

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us ("Counter Notice") by submitting a written notification to our copyright agent containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, McQuizzy Inc. has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. McQuizzy Inc. may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
